Our Story,
My name is Andrew Guderian and I own Pane'N The Glass, Bozeman's top window cleaning company. I started the business in 2005 when I was a college student at MSU. I began by knocking on doors and using my window cleaning experience to pay for school. It all started in my college dorm room and has now grown to serve over 2500 homes and businesses in the area.
We are dedicated to providing excellent services and value for our customers. Our team has the same work ethic and passion as when I first started. We work hard to make sure that we are the best at what we do, always striving to provide the highest quality services to our clients.
I am proud of what we have achieved and grateful for the relationships I have built along the way. Many of our clients have been with us since the beginning and I am always humbled by their loyalty. I am blessed to have a team that represents the work ethic and heart of what was started over a decade ago. They are the ones who make it possible for Pane'N The Glass to continue providing top-notch services to our clients. I am excited to see what the future holds for Pane'N The Glass.

Meet Jeff Gazy
Let me introduce myself, I am Jeff Gazy and I oversee the operations of Pane ’N the Glass in Bozeman. I began working with Pane’N The Glass in 2010. I appreciated how much integrity the company had so when the opportunity to become Head of Operations came I gladly accepted. On any given day you can find me doing estimates, providing excellent customer service, hiring/training new employees, and cleaning windows with our staff.
I am a husband to my beautiful wife and father to our three children. I enjoy fly fishing on the Gallatin and exploring SW Montana with my family. We are grateful we get to call Bozeman home.
It’s pretty simple, I love what I get to do, who I get to do it with and where we do it!

Meet Kat Everhoney
Office Manager
Hello! My name is Kat, and I am the voice behind the phone here at Pane 'N The Glass. I work in the office Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. I am available to help with any questions or concerns you may have, scheduling an appointment, or helping you pay your bill! Maintaining strong relationships with our clients is my main goal.
I moved to Bozeman in 2014 with my Boyfriend and our cat, Luna. We love the outdoors, and Bozeman has stolen our hearts. I love hiking, camping, floating the Madison, and exploring the beautiful state of Montana. I have been fortunate to be a part of Pane 'N The Glass since summer of 2017, and love being a part of a great family business! Please give me a call and let's schedule your next window cleaning appointment!

What was once a part time endeavor for a college student has now grown into a full time business with crews, office staff, and a shop. Our success has been simple. We provide a great service for a fair price and don't consider the job complete until the customer is 100% satisfied. With a small amount of advertising and a lot of referrals from happy customers we have continued to grow. Its simple, happy customers = growing business. Thank you for your time.
